When you log in to Practivated, you’ll first see your main dashboard with a menu bar at the top of the screen and on the lefthand side — these are your launchpads for everything you’ll want to do inside the platform.

From here, you can dive straight into the four core features that fundraisers love most:

  1. Prep for a Donor Meeting – Build a custom donor avatar that mirrors the real-life meeting you’re preparing for. You can tailor the avatar by donor type, relationship stage, and area of focus to create a realistic simulation. This lets you practice your approach in advance, so you walk into the meeting feeling confident and prepared.

  2. Coaching with Tivy – Chat with our built-in AI fundraising coach, Tivy, who’s here to answer your questions, give feedback, and help you sharpen your approach.

  3. Practice Scenarios – Role-play pre-built, realistic donor conversations in a safe space so you can experiment, learn, and grow without the pressure of a live call.

  4. Writing Assistant – Draft thank-you notes, appeals, or invitations with ease using tailored prompts and suggestions to keep your messaging donor-centered.

You’ll also see two quick-access sections right from the dashboard:

  • Most Practiced Scenarios – These are your personal most-used scenarios, so you can quickly jump back into the ones you’ve been practicing most often. Perfect for continuing to refine a skill or revisit a conversation flow without starting from scratch.

  • Recent Conversations – Quickly revisit your own past sessions to review feedback, track progress, and refine your skills.

On the left-hand navigation menu, you’ll find shortcuts to all areas of the platform—making it easy to hop between practicing, prepping, and reviewing without losing your place.

And if you ever need a hand, just click the bright orange circle in the bottom-right corner to start a chat with our Support team. We’re here to help whenever you get stuck or want some extra guidance.
