Updated to a colder, non-leading persona so the fundraiser guides the flow.
Plan Purchase

Organization Minutes
Auto-assign minutes from the organization balance to a user when their balance drops below a threshold (default 30 minutos).
Default: Enabled (org admins can toggle/adjust).
Donor Feedback UX
Added a modal explaining skill indicator scores so users understand how results are derived.
