Intercom → HubSpot Data Alignment
Updated the format of certain fields sent to Intercom so they now align with HubSpot’s expected format, reducing manual cleanup and sync errors.
Simulation Time Tracking Fix
Resolved an issue where simulation minutes continued to decrease from a user’s balance if the conversation timed out after a period of silence. Now, time tracking stops correctly when the session ends.
Consistent Donor Relationship Stages
Donor profile creation has been updated to allow selecting multiple relationship stages for all donor types. Previously, this was only possible for Individual Donors.
Improved Donor Profile Modal
Fixed the donor profile creation modal so it is properly sized and scrollable, ensuring all fields are accessible on any screen.
Subscription Discount Display
The subscription creation email now correctly shows the discounted price when a user purchases a plan using a coupon.
Downloadable Feedback in JSON
Added a new feature that allows users to download donor and scenario feedback directly in JSON format for easier record-keeping and analysis.
