Release Title: Manager Dashboard Enhancements & Program Status Visibility

Version: 26.11.25

Release Date: Nov 26, 2025

Scope / Area: Frontend, Backend

Overview

This release focuses on improving the Manager and Admin dashboard experience with enhanced program visibility and management capabilities. Managers can now see their own active programs in the dashboard, take action on program milestones, and view comprehensive program status information for all team members.

πŸ‘οΈ Manager/Admin Dashboard Program Visibility

Manager and Admin users can now see and manage their own programs directly from the dashboard, creating a consistent experience across all user roles.

What's new

  1. Personal Program View – Managers and Admins now see their own active programs in the dashboard, matching the experience that members already had.

2. Program Detail Actions – Users can now take action directly from the "Your Programs" detail page:

  • Start available milestones

  • Start a program

  • Stop an active program

3. Improved Dashboard Layout – Personal program view appears above the "Members Programs Overview" table for better visibility.

This update resolves a critical usability gap where Manager and Admin users couldn't easily track or progress through their own assigned programs.

πŸ“Š Complete Program Status & History Tracking

The Members Programs Overview table now provides full visibility into all program assignments, not just ongoing programs.

Frontend Improvements

  • Status Column: New Status column in the Members Programs Overview table with color-coded badges:

    • 🟒 Green for "In Progress"

    • πŸ”΅ Blue for "Not Started"

    • 🟑 Yellow for "Stopped"

    • βœ… Gray/Green for "Completed"

  • Sortable Status: Click the Status column header to sort programs by status

  • Complete History: View all programs ever assigned to users, including completed and stopped programs

  • Better Insights: Managers can now track full program engagement history and identify programs that may need attention

This enhancement provides managers with complete visibility into team program progress and historical engagement patterns.
