ποΈ Manager/Admin Dashboard Program Visibility
Manager and Admin users can now see and manage their own programs directly from the dashboard, creating a consistent experience across all user roles.
What's new
Personal Program View β Managers and Admins now see their own active programs in the dashboard, matching the experience that members already had.
2. Program Detail Actions β Users can now take action directly from the "Your Programs" detail page:
Start available milestones
Start a program
Stop an active program
3. Improved Dashboard Layout β Personal program view appears above the "Members Programs Overview" table for better visibility.
This update resolves a critical usability gap where Manager and Admin users couldn't easily track or progress through their own assigned programs.
π Complete Program Status & History Tracking
The Members Programs Overview table now provides full visibility into all program assignments, not just ongoing programs.
Frontend Improvements
Status Column: New Status column in the Members Programs Overview table with color-coded badges:
π’ Green for "In Progress"
π΅ Blue for "Not Started"
π‘ Yellow for "Stopped"
β Gray/Green for "Completed"
Sortable Status: Click the Status column header to sort programs by status
Complete History: View all programs ever assigned to users, including completed and stopped programs
Better Insights: Managers can now track full program engagement history and identify programs that may need attention
This enhancement provides managers with complete visibility into team program progress and historical engagement patterns.
