Overview
This release introduces a major new feature allowing organizations to define custom feedback standards for evaluating fundraiser simulations. Organizations can now upload policy documents or manually create evaluation criteria that will be used to generate customized feedback aligned with their specific fundraising philosophy and practices.
Additionally, this release includes shareable feedback links, subscription management improvements in the Admin Board, four new donor scenarios, and several important bug fixes and UI enhancements.
π― Organization Feedback Standards (NEW)
Organizations can now create and manage custom evaluation standards that define their fundraising approach and best practices. These standards are automatically used to evaluate simulations and provide feedback aligned with organizational values.

Upload Policy Documents: Upload PDF files containing organizational fundraising standards
AI-Powered Extraction: GPT-4.1 automatically extracts structured evaluation criteria from uploaded documents
Manual Creation & Editing: Create standards from scratch or edit AI-extracted criteria
Version Control: Maintain multiple standard versions with activation management
Organization-Specific: Each organization defines their own unique standards
2. Custom Feedback Generation
Automatic Evaluation: Completed simulations are automatically evaluated against active organization standards
Structured Feedback: Feedback organized by principles and indicators with specific scores
Dual Feedback Display: Fundraisers see both standard Practivated feedback AND organization-specific feedback
3. Live Coaching Integration
Context-Aware Coaching: Coach Tivy can receive organization standards as context during live simulations
Aligned Guidance: Coaching hints and suggestions reflect organizational principles
Configurable: Managers can toggle whether standards are included in coaching prompts
4. Flexible Configuration
Feature Toggle: PostHog feature flag enables/disables the feature per organization
Custom Feedback Toggle: Control whether custom feedback evaluation is generated
Coaching Context Toggle: Control whether standards are sent to Coach Tivy
Granular Control: Toggle controls in Team Management > Feedback Customization tab
5. UI/UX Enhancements
Explanatory Tooltips: Information icons explain key concepts (Standards, Principles, Criteria, Indicators)
Improved Scrolling: Only content section scrolls, keeping navigation fixed
Clean Feedback Display: Removed confusing generic messages for zero-score indicators
Clear Title Matching: LLM now uses exact titles provided for standards and indicators

Fundraisers can now generate shareable links to their simulation feedback, allowing them to share results with supervisors, mentors, or external stakeholders without requiring authentication.

Share Feedback Button: Replaces "Download Feedback" option on feedback pages
One-Click Sharing: Generate link with single click, copy to clipboard
Public Feedback Page: Clean, authentication-free page displaying feedback
Simplified Layout: Removed navigation, session questions, and coaching sections from public view

Four new seasonal and specialized donor scenarios added to help fundraisers practice timely conversations:
Year-End Appeal Ask: Practice year-end giving conversations and tax-benefit discussions
Tax Planning - Securities Gifts: Learn to discuss stock donations and capital gains strategies
Pledge Reminder/Renewal: Navigate pledge follow-ups and renewal conversations
Matching Gift Opportunity: Maximize impact by effectively communicating matching gift opportunities

Critical Fixes
Admin Role Permissions: Fixed bug preventing admin users from changing user roles (ENG-TASKS-985)
Authorization Policy: Updated user authorization policy to properly grant admins and managers role update permissions
Technical Improvements
Coaching Prompt Migration: Moved live coaching prompt generation from frontend to backend for better maintainability
LLM Instruction Improvements: Fixed LLM to use exact standard/indicator titles and always return all standard items
