Organizations can now have multiple active evaluation standards simultaneously
Coaches can assign specific standards to individual programs in the Program Library
New organization default standard designation for fallback behavior
Redesigned Organization Standards List page with table view of all standards
New Standard Detail page for viewing and managing individual standards
Soft delete functionality for standards preservation
🔄 Custom Feedback Standard Hierarchy
Implemented hierarchical standard selection for custom feedback generation:
Program-specific standard (highest priority)
Coach organization default standard
User organization default standard
If no standard is found at any level, custom feedback is gracefully skipped
